This seminar will discuss the possible U.S. trade law and policy developments under the incoming Trump Administration from the perspectives of tariff measures, export controls, sanctions, and inbound and outbound investment controls.  The speakers will also discuss how China and some ASEAN countries are likely to react to these U.S. trade developments.  The seminar will conclude with a panel discussing implications for businesses in Asia.
